To integrate your SAX battery storage, three steps are required:
1. Register the system in the SAX portal

Log in and register your system using the serial number and location.
2. Request a software update
A software update of the battery storage is a prerequisite for integration.
The update can only be performed by SAX customer service.

Have your serial number ready and state that you require a software update to integrate the system via API.
3. Use your credentials
Once registration and the update are complete, you can use your credentials from the SAX portal in our system.
