This week, between 01/27/2025 and 01/31/2025, we will update our Tesla vehicle integration to ensure that we can continue to offer vehicle support in our current plans without additional costs or similar charges after 01/31/2025. 📅🔧

On November 28, 2024, Tesla released pricing for the use of its API. Unfortunately, this has a far-reaching impact on third-party services. Interfaces must be rebuilt, and new pricing models for usage must be developed.
Tesla's cost model will take effect on January 1, 2025—from this point on, all data received and commands sent to the vehicle must be paid for.
- 150,000 signals = $1
- 1,000 commands = $1
- 500 status queries = $1
- 50 wake-ups = $1
- We will rebuild the interface to achieve lower costs per vehicle. This means that status updates and control commands will be reduced to the bare essentials.
- Free use of the Tesla integration will be discontinued. All users on a free plan will no longer be able to use the Tesla integration.
- Starting 01/01/2025, there may be temporary limitations to the Tesla integration. This means the vehicle may not be readable or controllable until we have adjusted the integration.
