Wallbox Chargers offers the Pulsar Plus, a modern wallbox that can use the OCPP interface to charge your car using PV surplus from your solar system.

The Pulsar Plus does not feature integrated automatic phase switching.

Your wallbox can still be controlled via the Wallbox app.

We only support the Pulsar Plus with a power meter.

Preparation

To connect the Pulsar Plus to our system, you must activate the wallbox's OCPP backend.

Before starting the setup, you must connect your wallbox to the internet and install the latest updates.

Access via the Wallbox app is required to configure the OCPP backend.

When you add the wallbox in our system, your OCPP URL will be displayed in the wallbox menu.

You must now enter this link in the app for the corresponding wallbox.

To do this, open the app, select your wallbox, and go to the [Settings menu] and then to the [OCPP] sub-item.

Enter the OCPP URL here.

The charging station identity must not contain any spaces or special characters. A password must not be set. The checkbox for the terms and conditions must be activated; then, confirm the setup by clicking [Save].

It may take a few minutes for the wallbox to connect to our system. Once the wallbox is connected, this will also be indicated in the Wallbox app.

Integration

As soon as the connection to your wallbox is established, it will appear in our app in the dropdown menu under your OCPP URL.

You can now complete the remaining wallbox settings and save your wallbox.

⚠️ To receive the initial status from the wallbox, a charging session must be started.
